Challenge. A new 6-floor knitting and dyeing block needed 240 TR of process and comfort cooling, but the ground floor had no room for a plant and the grid connection was capped at 1.2 MW.
Solution. MHM placed two ACS-120 air cooled scroll chillers and three FRP counter-flow towers on a reinforced rooftop deck, ran insulated chilled-water risers to each floor and connected pumps and tower fans to a SIEMENS BMS with VFD sequencing to stay inside the power cap.

Challenge. The tablet and capsule lines required tight 22 °C / 45 % RH room conditions for GMP compliance, and the existing reciprocating chillers were tripping on hot afternoons with no standby unit.
Solution. Two MHM WCS-350 water cooled screw chillers were installed in an N+1 arrangement with a new plate heat exchanger free-cooling loop, primary–secondary chilled-water pumping on VFDs, and BMS trending for audit records.

Challenge. Induction furnace and rolling-mill cooling water was running above 38 °C in summer, cutting furnace output and scaling the coils, while the coastal air was corroding the old galvanised towers.
Solution. MHM installed four 400 RT cross-flow towers in FRP with PVC film fill and stainless hardware, a new sump with side-stream filtration, and Finor scale and corrosion dosing sized for the site's hard water.
