These terms govern the use of this website and the information, catalogues and enquiry tools published on it by MHM Engineering, 846, East Shewrapara, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh. By using the website you accept them. Supply, installation and maintenance work is carried out under a separate written quotation or contract, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Specifications, capacities, dimensions and images are published in good faith from manufacturer data and our own engineering practice. They are indicative: the exact model, rating and price for your plant are confirmed only in a written quotation after a site survey or load calculation. We may change products and specifications without notice.

• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, normally thirty days.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and any agreed advance payment is received.
• Delivery times are estimates and depend on manufacturer lead times, import clearance and site readiness.
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT, duties and site civil works unless the quotation says they are included.

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty stated in the quotation, plus the installation workmanship warranty we give in writing. Warranty does not cover damage from wrong power supply, untreated water, unauthorised repairs, non-genuine spare parts or operation outside the design conditions. Annual maintenance contracts have their own visit schedule and scope, set out in the AMC agreement.

Catalogues, data sheets and drawings on this website are provided for evaluating our products. You may download and print them for that purpose. They remain the property of MHM Engineering or the manufacturer named on them and may not be altered, resold or presented as your own.

The text, photographs, illustrations, logos and code on this website belong to MHM Engineering or are used with permission. Brand names such as Carrier, TICA, Genius, Amfin Air, LEO, Finor, SIEMENS and KMC Controls belong to their owners and are shown to identify the products we supply. You may link to our pages; you may not copy the site or frame it inside another site.

The enquiry form is for genuine business enquiries. Automated submissions, spam and attempts to probe or disrupt the website are not permitted and may be blocked or reported.

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, MHM Engineering is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content, from interruptions to the website, or from links to third-party sites. Liability for equipment and services we supply is governed by the relevant contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
