Every MHM project starts on paper. Our engineers measure the real load on site — process heat, occupancy, ambient, water quality, available power — and size the chiller, cooling tower, pumps and pipes for Dhaka conditions rather than catalogue conditions. That is why an MHM plant rarely short-cycles in winter or runs out of capacity in May.
You receive a complete design package: load calculation, equipment schedule, plant-room layout, chilled/condenser-water schematics, pump and pipe sizing, single-line electrical diagram and a bill of quantities you can tender or hand straight to our installation team.
We design for the whole life of the plant: service clearances, future expansion tie-ins, redundancy where a stoppage costs more than a standby pump, and controls that let a BMS or a night-shift operator run it safely.

No. The design package is a paid deliverable on its own; the fee is credited against the order if you later buy the plant from us.
Yes — retrofits are half our design work. We survey the existing chillers, towers and pumps, keep what performs and redesign the rest.
