Common questions about testing & commissioning
Yes — third-party commissioning is common for EPC and factory-expansion projects. We report defects to the installer and re-test after they are fixed.
The report states the gap and the cause — undersized pipe, wrong pump, dirty condenser — and we propose the fix with a price.
