Textile & Garments
Dyeing, finishing, spinning and garment plants: process chilled water for jet dyeing, humidification for spinning, comfort cooling for sewing floors.

Textile is where MHM started and still the largest part of our reference list — spinning mills, dyeing and finishing plants, denim washing and garment factories in Gazipur, Narayanganj, Savar, Chattogram and Sylhet. A dyeing floor needs chilled water that holds temperature while jet machines cycle; a spinning mill needs 55–65% humidity and clean air around the ring frames; a sewing floor needs 24–26 °C for 5,000 people without a power bill that kills the margin.
We supply and maintain the whole utility block: air- and water-cooled chillers, FRP cooling towers, humidification plants and AHUs, pumps, softeners and RO plants for boiler feed and dye-house water, generators and LT panels — designed for 46 °C rooftops and dust that clogs a condenser in a month.
The engineering problems in textile & garments
Process chilled water that holds ±1 °C
Jet dyeing, sanforising and rotary printing lose colour consistency when supply water swings; we stage compressors and size buffer volume for the batch cycle.
Humidity for spinning and weaving
Ring frames and looms need stable RH; chilled-water humidification plants with washer sections and EC fans hold it through the seasons.
Rooftop plant at 46 °C and full of lint
Hydrophilic-coated condensers, lint screens, wide-fin spacing and monthly coil washing in the AMC keep capacity in May.
Energy per kg of fabric
VFD pumps and tower fans, chilled-water reset and sequencing typically cut utility kWh 15–25% — the audits brand buyers ask for.
How we solve them
- 1
Central chilled-water plant
Water-cooled screw chillers with FRP towers for dye houses above 300 TR; air-cooled scroll units for satellite floors.
- 2
Humidification & comfort HVAC
AHUs with washer sections, ducting, fans and BMS control for spinning halls and sewing floors.
- 3
Water & steam side
Softeners, RO and DM plants for boilers and dye water; ETP and chemical programmes.
- 4
Power & controls
Diesel generators, LT/MCC panels and VFDs with a Siemens or KMC BMS for the utility block.

Textile & Garments plants running MHM equipment
Common questions from textile & garments plants
Above about 300 TR with space for towers and a water supply, water-cooled screw chillers cost 25–35% less to run. Below that, or on tight rooftops, air-cooled scroll units are simpler and cheaper to install.
Yes — we tie new chillers and towers into headers with staged shutdowns, usually on Fridays, so production continues.
Industries we serve
Pharmaceuticals
GMP HVAC with validated temperature, humidity and pressure control, purified-water plants and documented maintenance for audit day.
Steel & Re-rolling
Induction-furnace and mill cooling: closed-loop soft-water circuits, high-capacity cooling towers, plate heat exchangers and pumps that run three shifts.
Food & Beverage
Hygienic process cooling, cold rooms and ice-water systems for edible oil, dairy, beverage, bakery, poultry and seafood plants.
Plastics & Packaging
Mould and extruder cooling, compressed air and clean power for injection moulding, PET, film, pipe and packaging plants.
Commercial Buildings
Central HVAC for malls, hotels, offices and showrooms: chillers, AHUs, VRF, BMS and fire systems that keep tenants comfortable and bills predictable.
Hospitals
Operating-theatre and ward HVAC with pressure control, redundancy and 24-hour support — because a hospital plant is never allowed to stop.
Data Centres & Telecom
