An MHM energy audit measures the real numbers for a week — chiller power, flows, temperatures, tower fan hours — and turns them into a ranked list of retrofits with cost, saving and payback.
The usual winners are simple: VFDs on condenser pumps and tower fans, chilled-water reset, chiller sequencing so the right machine runs at the right load, cleaning fouled condensers, and replacing oversized pumps. We install what you approve and re-measure to prove the saving.
