Repair & overhaul
Bring an old plant back to nameplate capacity
A 10-year-old chiller usually loses 15–25% of its capacity to fouling, worn seals and drifting controls. An overhaul recovers most of it for a fraction of replacement cost.

Inside Dhaka, within 48 hours of your call. Outside Dhaka we schedule within a week. The survey is free for projects over 50 TR and the report is yours to keep.
Yes. Our engineers maintain Carrier, TICA, York, Trane, Daikin and Chinese-built chillers, plus Genius and Newin cooling towers and most pump brands. Spares for Carrier and TICA are stocked; others are ordered on request.
Scheduled visits, cleaning, testing, a written report per visit and phone support. Standard adds chemicals and 24-hour breakdown response; Comprehensive adds consumable spares, 8-hour response and energy reporting. Major parts such as compressors are quoted separately unless stated.
Yes. R134a, R410A, R407C and R22 are kept in stock with recovery equipment for safe charging, and Finor water-treatment chemicals for towers and closed loops are supplied and dosed by us.
New equipment carries the manufacturer warranty (12–24 months) plus 12 months on our installation workmanship. Repairs and rewinding carry 6 months; genuine spare parts carry 12 months when fitted by MHM.
Both. Service calls and small parts can be paid by bKash or Nagad against an invoice. AMC and project work is invoiced to your company with bank transfer, cheque or LC; AMC is 50% on signing and 50% after the second quarter.
